Cavalier to Broadcast Its First Quarter Conference Call Live on the Interne

Cavalier Homes, Inc. (NYSE Amex: CAV) today announced that it plans to provide an online simulcast of its first quarter 2009 conference call on Friday, April 24, 2009. The Company currently expects to release its results for the first quarter ended March 28, 2009, after the market closes on Thursday, April 23.

The live broadcast of Cavalier's conference call is currently planned to begin at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time on April 24. A link to this event may be found at the Company's website, www.cavhomesinc.com; investors are invited to access the call at least 10 minutes before the start time in order to complete a brief registration form. An online replay will be available shortly after the conclusion of the live broadcast using the same link and will continue through May 24, 2009.
