Company News: American Seafoods Announces 1st Quarter Conference Call for Bondholders

ASG Consolidated LLC (“American Seafoods”) today announced the date and time of its quarterly bondholder conference call for the three months ended March 31, 2009. The call is open to all holders of the Company’s 11 ½% Senior Discount Notes Due 2011.

Quarterly Conference Call Information:

American Seafoods will host its conference call to discuss its first quarter financial results live on Friday, May 29, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. PDT (2:00 pm EDT).
